Clemence Joly focused her final degree project on the study of French meat, crocheting wool selected pieces of meat and sausages the most iconic, such as pig’s head, steak, roasts, sausage, the string of sausages yadda yadda yadda. Best of all they where then exhibited in the window of the gallery and haberdashery “Fabrications” located on Broadway Market in London as if a traditional butchers window and the pieces real meat(via The Trendy Girl).

There’s a Swiss-French boucherie just around the corner from where I live, they have felt meat in the window as well … I must remember to take a picture of it one day.
