So this is how you totally nail a PR picture story - Longleat put an old ‘toy’ car inside the Rhesus macaque monkeys enclose for them to pull apart. The ‘angle’ being that they wanted these cheeky monkeys to take their frustrations out on a car before visitors to the park start driving through the enclosure again when it reopens. I can’t say how much I love this series of images – talk about being an absolute PR gift! You can even see a video of them in action here. It is totally worth watching – I laughed out loud at the monkey with the blue tshirt like a Pacman ghost and the way the hub cap is just wheeled away!
