Clemence Joly focused her final degree project on the study of French meat, crocheting wool selected pieces of meat and sausages the most iconic, such as pig’s head, steak, roasts, sausage, the string of sausages yadda yadda yadda. Best of all they where then exhibited in the window of the gallery and haberdashery “Fabrications” located on Broadway Market in London as if a traditional butchers window and the pieces real meat(via The Trendy Girl).

Feral cannabis pot plants are appearing all over NYC – weeds will be weeds and all that…
Pot plants have been seen in Brooklyn and Union Square but as yet no one has come clean. There are even reports this a public art project meant as wry commentary on how New York City is going to pot… I really do hope so!

Brooklyn street artist Judith Supine has a really different approach to ‘street art’, and it’s one which mixes up a variety of different styles. . It’s a surreal combination of old engraving art mixed with hand-drawn and painted images. Shepard Fairey on Lost At E Minor writes:
He does paste up posters, but they’re not just square, they’re cut-out shapes of these interesting looking characters. The closest thing I could compare it to are the Monty Python animations.

Sugarland, Texas celebrated New Year’s Eve 2010 with a projection by Anema. Loving the cameos from Tetris and Tron. I am working ‘around’ this area at the moment so expect to be seeing lots more of these amazing light project posts soon!

I really like the work of Andy Golub as it’s a really different, almost pop art style, approach to body painting. He also has a very unique take on it and can be hired out to paint people in private from $250. I know I am thinking the same thing as you are best summed up by Andy:
People often hire me to paint them, mostly women. Sometimes a man will hire me to paint his wife or girlfriend as a birthday present

I was asked to taste some new Vitamin Water i-focus in strawberry and kiwi by the lovely peeps at We Are Social. So I did and you know what I actually REALLY liked it AND have bought it since.
i-focus is packed full of antioxidant vitamin c, energy releasing b vitamins to give you more kapow!, and vitamin a to maintain healthy vision.
Not worked up to any of the other flavours yet but that’s coming as for a start it’s really pretty (which is shallow of me but true)! I’d like to have the full colour range even if only for set dressing the kitchen. Please I honestly really do!
The guys working for Vitamin Water also clearly get massive bonus points for sending me a package of ‘pink things’ to go with it such as a matching mac eyeshadow (result), pink nerds (not the Sheldon Cooper type) and a pretty cool bag which features the packaging (works due to the strong graphic identity of the brand). What I really like is that We Are Social team clearly really do read this blog even when they don’t want anything (!!!) as it contained things I actually really like, be it disappointing lack of taxidermy or ‘he who must not be named’ 
Anyhow I was going to take pictures of this awesome ‘pinkness’ blogger package but then Pete ate the Nerds during the Clinic video shoot (in like ten seconds), I used the eye shadow for a photo shoot and well you can imagine… However never defeated in honour of the pink bloggers package here is a picture of a cat who came home pink one day!..
