As well as the terrifying baby cake and lifesize hound dog-shaped sugar sculpture (above), below are some more of Michelle Wibowo’s amazing sugary creations. I particularly like the cupcake big enough for 2,000!

Return of the Ewok is a 24-minute mockumentary starring Warwick Davis, the actor who played the Ewok, Wicket W. Warrick in Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi and the Ewok spin-off films. Davis and David Tomblin, Return of the Jedi’s first assistant director, created it, with Tomblin directing. Lucasfilm planned to use the movie as a promotional film for Return of the Jedi, but post-production on the film was never completed.
The film is set in both the “real world” and the fictional locations of the Star Wars universe. Real world locations include an airport, Elstree Studios and the actors’ dressing rooms, while the fictional locations include Dagobah, the Death Star II, Jabba’s Palace, and Endor. Throughout the film, these two realities are intermixed to produce an alternate reality. (Wikipedia)

Blogger buys new DM’s & loves them (my old faithfuls finally died), friends question why am I wearing lesbian shoes! Not sure if they have a point or not but they are super comfortable. Normally hate deviant DM’s but I have to say I am rather fond of these beasts already – official title the Darcie Boot.

I love this April Fools from Think Geek which shows why blogging / websites is a great medium to share things. Especially when these things are legal letters from the Pork Board (I would love a cease and desist letter from the pork board loooooosers)!
Recently we got the best-ever cease and desist letter. We’re no stranger to the genre, so what could possibly make this one stand out from the rest?
First, it’s 12 pages long and very well-researched (except on one point); it even includes screengrabs of the offending item from our site. And we know they’re not messing around because they invested in the best and brightest legal minds.
But what makes this cease and desist so very, very special is that it’s for a fake product we launched for April Fool’s day.
Talking of unicorns HAD to post this gem again:

This falls into the so shit category is becomes really cool – a guitar t-shirt you can play! Abso-fucking-lutely buying this for working at Sonisphere! Death to all but metal yadda yadda yadda…
The Electronic Guitar Shirt from Think Geek is incredibly easy to play because each button on the neck is a major chord. She went on to mention how you can play dozens of classic rock songs with very little skill. However she warned us never to use the Guitar Shirt for evil, lest we are prepared to summon the Demon of Rock and duel to the death for musical supremacy.

Loveariel is a great blog – it basically chronicles all the mad things this amazing artist does (wax molds of her girls, jewelry, clothing painting real live women), as well as images of her work.
Super jealous of this level of creativity & talent!
