Astonishing Quilting (& patience)

13 May

Astonishingly work from Ai Kijima, born in Tokyo she is a contemporary artist now living in New York City. Using traditional quilting techniques to create colorful fabric collages from found materials such as bed sheets, pillow cases, shower curtains, and dishtowels her work totally astonishes me. Best of all she shares her processes via her Facebook page.
