Super cool Switzerland is known for many things (such as cheese for starters) – but surprisingly not for shopping. The country plays host to some really cool cities and the tourist board have decided to grab the bull by the horns and started to shout a little about how great they are. It’s the latest project I am working on. I have discovered that ‘check’ the country is unquestionably cool, it’s almost the new Iceland if that makes any sort of sense…
For example a recently unveiled public bathroom in Lausanne, Switzerland features completely transparent walls that temporarily frosts the glass at the touch of a button. A concept best displayed in this video:
Meanwhile Wirz/BBDO Switzerland also created a terrifying sky diving effect lift for a Swiss skydiving school.
Bringing attention to all of the awesomeness coming out of Switzerland so My Switzerland have created an online game where you have to shop to win prizes worth £7777. Be warned though the game is actually fairly addictive – but there is actually chance to win a trip to the country and the cash too. It’s all good (except I am crap at the game).
