I think most certainly this guy (if the tattoo is not a fake that is) must have some kind of psychological disorder to crave attention of any kind. Munchausen syndrome through tattoo maybe, but still what a tosser.
I feel really strongly that this kind of image would not be printed in a newspaper or magazine so why should it be ok to be ‘published’ on anyone’s body, and in a way which is permanent.
