A 25-page colouring in book called A Scary Thing Happened was previously approved by the Bush administration but has now been vetoed by Obama. It’s aim was to teach children about possible disasters – children could colour in pictures such as a depiction of 9/11, or a scene reminiscent of Hurricane Katrina.
